These terms explain use of the OOXL app discovery and comparison service at ooxl.com. Browsing OOXL and discovering apps is free. Contact: admin@ooxl.com.
1. Scope of the service
OOXL provides information about websites, mobile apps and software tools. It is not the provider of listed products. Guides are general information and do not replace personalised, legal, medical or financial advice.
2. Accuracy of information
Product information reflects the cited sources and review dates. Reviewing sources does not mean an app was tested firsthand. Prices, free allowances, features and availability can change; check with the provider before deciding.
3. External apps
Opening an app or store link takes you to a third-party service. That provider’s terms apply to downloads, accounts, payments, refunds and data processing. Listing does not imply a partnership with OOXL or a guarantee of product safety.
4. Responsible use
Do not submit illegal content, malware, spam, impersonation or misleading applications. Respect privacy and intellectual property; do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security measures or disrupt the service. Requests may be limited to prevent abuse.
5. Submissions, corrections and rights
Submit accurate information you are authorised to share. You permit us to review, edit and publish submitted product information for the catalogue; you retain your rights. Submission does not guarantee publication. Brands and logos belong to their owners. Report errors or rights concerns through the product page or contact address.
6. Sponsorship and charges
When paid placements are offered, they are clearly marked as sponsored; payment does not buy organic ranking or a favourable assessment. Sponsors undergo source and relevance review too. Any paid service will state its price, scope and refund terms before payment.
7. Privacy and service limits
Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in submissions or feedback. Data use is explained on the Privacy page. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
