How we work

OOXL does not score products; it tries to show whether they fit a need, based on official sources. This page states plainly what we do, how we do it and what we do not do.

Which products are listed?

To be listed, a product must solve a real need, have an official website or store page, and its plans, platforms and limits must be readable from public documents. Popularity alone never adds a product. We check the publisher, domain and platform identity and block duplicate entries. Every candidate and every submission goes through management review before publication, and publication is not guaranteed.

Source priority

Official sites, documentation and store pages come first. Product directories and list sites can help us find candidates, but they never count as proof of a feature or of quality. Every product page shows which links were reviewed and when. A condition missing from the documentation is shown as unconfirmed, not as absent.

Review dates and aging sources

The review date shows when a source was last read. For new publication a source observation may be at most 90 days old, and a re-review task is opened before that limit. An aging source alone does not remove an existing page, but the date is renewed only when the source has really been re-read and confirmed. So an old date means the information is waiting for a fresh check.

Source review is not a hands-on test

The line “Official documentation reviewed” on a product page means official pages were read. Unless that page says otherwise, we did not use the application ourselves, and we do not produce scores, rankings or “best” labels for speed, accuracy or output quality. Before uploading your files to a tool, we suggest a small trial to see whether it fits your job.

How translation works

Pages are offered in 12 languages. Translations are prepared with the help of automatic translation; product names, addresses, numbers and source details are kept unchanged. Structure and fact checks are done before publication, while linguistic review is an ongoing editorial task. Automatic translation is not perfect. If you see a wrong or unnatural translation, you can report it through the correction route below.

Use of AI assistance

AI-assisted tools may be used to prepare text drafts and translations. They may not introduce features, scores or test results that the sources do not contain; output is compared with the information in official sources, and management makes the publication decision. AI output is never treated as correct on its own.

Sponsorship and commissions

There are currently no sponsored placements or commission links. Links that take you to a product’s website go to the official address in the catalog; no parameter that earns OOXL revenue is added. If a sponsored placement ever exists, it will be clearly labeled and will not affect organic ranking. Listing a product is free.

Reporting and correcting errors

If you see wrong or missing information, use the feedback form on the product page and, if you can, add an official address that supports the correction; you can also write to admin@ooxl.com. Reports go to a review queue and are never published automatically. A correction is published only after the source has been re-read and confirmed, and the review date is updated at that point. We do not promise a fixed response time.
