Refund policy
Effective:
This policy applies to purchases of OOXL’s priority editorial review. The seller is Marifeting.com. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders.
14-day full refund
You can ask for a full refund of any purchase of priority editorial review within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason or meet any condition. The 14 days are counted from the purchase date shown on your receipt.
How to request a refund
Use either of these ways:
- Through Paddle: use the link in your order receipt email, or go to paddle.net, find your order and request the refund there.
- By email: write to admin@ooxl.com and include your order number. Refunds are issued by Paddle.
How the refund is paid
Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method. How soon the amount appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
After 14 days
Refund requests made after 14 days are handled case by case. This policy does not limit any consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.
