Sources for finding and downloading ready-made illustration sets for websites, app screens, presentations or blog posts. First decide where and how many images you will use; a single page and a whole product need very different numbers of images in one style.

What should you compare?

Try to find several scenes you need from the same set, such as empty states, errors, onboarding and success, and check that line, color and character style stay consistent. If you can recolor to your brand, check that the SVG output remains editable.

The license is the main decision: read the license page for commercial use, attribution requirements, use on logos or merchandise such as T-shirt prints, and bans on redistributing the images as they are. Free and paid content can be mixed on one site, so check the terms of each image separately.

Can I change an illustration’s colors and details? With SVG drawings, colors and parts can usually be edited in vector programs, and some sites let you do this in the browser. Check whether the license allows modifications and whether that changes the attribution terms.

Why choose ready-made illustrations instead of generating images with AI? Ready-made sets offer a consistent style, editable vector files and a clear license. AI outputs can vary from one try to the next and their usage terms depend on the tool; if you want to create a new image, look at text-to-image tools.
